Near infrared CMOS digital camera with USB2.0 interface, designed for use on personal computers or laptops. The USB2.0 interface's data transfer rate of up to 400 megabits per second allows us to flexibly manipulate images in real time on the computer, even when the frame format is set at megapixels. The camera uses the latest CMOS sensor to increase the sensitivity of the camera. The camera is connected to the computer via a USB cable when in use. The camera is widely used in scientific, medical, industrial and other fields (such as technical equipment, machine vision, microscopic interfaces, measurement cameras, astronomical cameras, etc.).
In addition to silicon (Si), indium gallium Arsenic (InGaAs), Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄), silicon dioxide (SiO₂), and metal materials such as aluminum and copper, NIR CMOS digital cameras such as CONTOUR-IR may also involve the following materials:
1. Germanium (Ge) : Used as an anti-reflection film or lens material in the near infrared band to improve light transmittance.
2. Indium phosphide (InP) : Used to manufacture high-performance near-infrared photodetectors for extended detection range.
3. Zinc sulfide (ZnS) and zinc selenide (ZnSe) : Used in near-infrared optical window or lens materials with high light transmission and low absorptivity.
4. Aluminum nitride (AlN) : Used for heat dissipation or insulation to improve thermal management performance of devices.
These materials have advantages in optical, electrical and thermal properties, and together support the high-performance imaging needs of near-infrared CMOS digital cameras.
1. Support high-speed USB2.0 interface;
2. WDM software supports use with any other development program;
3. Highly sensitive CMOS sensors contain microlenses and cascaded intensifiers in each optical unit;
4. Capture a single image and video at any time;
5. 8 bit brightness signal;
6. Wide spectral response range, 400-1700nm;
7. Use computer to adjust camera parameters;
8. Automatic adjustment of exposure time, magnification and white balance;
9. Depending on the refresh rate, the camera outputs a real-time digital video signal.
